환기미술관
Korea's first private memorial art museum, opened in 1992 to honor Kim Whanki (1913-1974), one of Korea's foremost abstract painters. The museum houses approximately 2,500 works including paintings, sketches, and personal relics across three buildings; the main hall, an annex with a café, and the Suhyang Sanbang lecture hall. The twin-dome main building, designed by architect Woo Kyu-sung, is a work of art in itself. Nestled in a quiet alley near Bukak Skyway in Buam-dong, it's a perfect stop for a leisurely art stroll.
