1. Introduction

Welcome to TravelBeot. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the TravelBeot website (travelbeot.com) and all related services, including TravelBeot Itinerary services ("Services").

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

2. Service Description

2.1 TravelBeot Platform

TravelBeot is a travel discovery platform that helps tourists explore Korea through curated recommendations of restaurants, cafes, attractions, and cultural experiences.

2.2 TravelBeot Itinerary

TravelBeot Itinerary is a personal service where travel plans are created around your preferences. We offer two itinerary products and one in-person product:

  • Compact: a personal route with the places, a realistic day-by-day order, the timing structure, and why each place fits you. Priced per travel day, one-day minimum.Kept for earlier orders; new requests get the trip plan below.
  • Compact Plus: everything in Compact, plus point-to-point directions, practical timing and extra context where it genuinely helps. Priced per travel day, one-day minimum.Sold as the trip plan, priced per trip (see 4.1).
  • Complete Guided Day: a planned and guided day (up to 8 hours) added to either itinerary. Priced per guided day; booked through a confirm-first flow.

3. Service Process and Timeline

Important: After payment, your first draft arrives within 48 hours (Compact Plus) or 72 hours (Compact). The final itinerary timeline depends on your feedback and collaboration. Complete Guided Days are confirm-first: availability, group size and the arrangement are confirmed before any payment.

  1. Complete the questionnaire and make payment (Complete Guided Days: submit a request; payment follows confirmation)
  2. Receive your first draft within the timeline above
  3. Review the draft and tell us what to change
  4. The itinerary is revised until you confirm it
  5. Receive your finalized itinerary

4. Payment and Pricing

4.1 TravelBeot Itinerary Pricing

Trip plan $29 for up to 3 days, then $8 for each day after (up to 10 days)
Compact $5 per travel day
Compact Plus $8 per travel day
Complete Guided Day Guided days are not on sale at present.$200 per guided day (up to 2 guests) · +$50 per additional guest per day · up to 4 guests without a private vehicle

Children under 4 join guided days free and do not count toward the guest limit. Private groups of 5-7 guests and vehicle arrangements are quoted separately. Third-party expenses (vehicle, driver, tickets, meals, admission fees) are never included in TravelBeot prices. These are the current rates; the price shown at checkout at the time of purchase governs.

Members receive 15% off trip plans15% off TravelBeot plans and guided days. The discount does not apply to third-party expenses.

4.2 Membership

The membership is a monthly subscription ($2/month, billed in US dollars) providing member benefits including 15% off trip plans15% off TravelBeot plans and guided days and member planning features. You may cancel at any time through your account settings. Subscriptions started before 14 July 2026 keep their original monthly price.

4.3 Revisions

Reasonable revisions within your original trip brief are included until the itinerary is confirmed. This includes swapping or removing places, adjusting order and pacing, moving places between days, reducing travel fatigue, and correcting misunderstandings or omissions. Material scope changes (added travel days, substantially different destinations, a new brief, or restarting after final confirmation) may require a new purchase or a re-quote.

5. Refund Policy

Our promise: if the first draft is not right for you, you may request a full refund before requesting revisions or approving the final guide.

5.1 TravelBeot Itinerary Refunds

  • First-draft refund: request a full refund before requesting revisions or approving the final guide
  • After confirmation: once you confirm the final guide, refunds are no longer provided, except where required by law
  • Complete Guided Day: nothing is charged until your dates are confirmed; cancel or reschedule any time before the day starts for a full refund
  • Earlier purchases: purchases made before 14 July 2026 remain governed by the refund terms in effect at the time of purchase

5.2 Membership refunds

  • Cancel anytime to stop future charges
  • No refunds for partial months
  • Access continues until the end of your billing period

5.3 Duplicate Payments

Duplicate or erroneous charges will be fully refunded upon verification.

6. User Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information in questionnaires and communications
  • Respond to consultant requests in a timely manner
  • Use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes only
  • Not share account credentials with others
  • Not use the service for any illegal purposes

7. Intellectual Property

All content provided through our Services, including place descriptions, images, itineraries, and guides, is owned by TravelBeot or its licensors. You may use the content for personal travel planning only. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without permission is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 Place Information

While we strive for accuracy, business hours, prices, and availability of recommended places may change. We recommend verifying details before visiting.

8.2 Third-Party Services

TravelBeot uses third-party services including:

  • Stripe for payment processing
  • Naver Maps for navigation

We are not responsible for issues arising from these third-party services.

8.3 Travel Decisions

Our recommendations are suggestions based on your preferences. Final travel decisions and their consequences are your responsibility.

9. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our Services at any time. We will provide reasonable notice for significant changes affecting paid services.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Seoul, Korea.

12. Force Majeure

TravelBeot shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters (earthquakes, floods, typhoons, etc.)
  • Pandemic or epidemic outbreaks
  • War, terrorism, civil unrest, or government actions
  • Power outages, internet service disruptions, or system failures
  • Third-party service provider failures (Stripe, Naver Maps, cloud services)

13. Travel Disclaimer

Important: TravelBeot provides travel recommendations and itinerary planning services only. We are not responsible for:

  • Changes in operating hours, prices, or availability of recommended places
  • Quality of service at recommended establishments
  • Personal injuries, accidents, or health issues during travel
  • Loss or theft of personal belongings
  • Flight delays, cancellations, or other transportation issues
  • Visa, immigration, or travel documentation requirements

Users are responsible for verifying all travel-related information and making their own informed decisions. We recommend purchasing appropriate travel insurance.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
