The 3rd floor houses an architectural office and studio, while the 4th floor operates as a café and whisky bar, sharing the concept of 'Architect's Study'. Features stunning Han River views with an open terrace. During the day it operates as a café, transforming into a whisky bar at night. You can enjoy premium desserts including tiramisu in collaboration with the famous Bistecca brand, squid ink salt bread, and Earl Grey madeleines. Please note: no parking, no children, no pets, and no elevator (stairs to 4th floor).
