데스툴 연희
De Stool (Der StuhL, meaning 'chair' in German) is an art cafe inspired by the free-spirited teaching methods of Düsseldorf's Kunstakademie. Created by art director Seo Deok-jae, who grew up in Germany, and barista Park Min-gyu, the space harmoniously blends Berlin-style exposed concrete, metal structures, and wooden furniture. Design books collected by his father in Germany, along with design objects like Alessi wine openers and Philippe Starck's lemon squeezer, are displayed throughout, creating a gallery-like atmosphere. Monthly exhibitions and pop-ups on various themes are held here, with signature carrot cake and almond cream mocha being popular items. The first floor houses the pet brand Munikunt's showroom, while the second floor operates as the cafe. Closed on Mondays.
