후탄
Hutan is Korea's largest bakery cafe located right next to Onam Reservoir in Namyangju. 'Hutan' means 'forest' in Indonesian, and true to its name, a massive 5,000-pyeong space houses an indoor garden filled with tropical plants. The grand atrium with a spiral staircase and palm trees under a glass ceiling creates the illusion of stepping into a botanical garden. Among the approximately 1,300 seats, window seats offer picturesque views of Onam Reservoir and the verdant mountains. In the dining hall with its impressive curved ceiling lighting, you can enjoy bakery items and brunch made with organic flour and premium ingredients. Baby chairs and a nursing room are available, making it convenient for families, and with large ground and underground parking lots, it's popular as a Seoul suburban drive destination. Note that pets are not allowed. Extended hours until midnight on Fridays, Saturdays, and holidays.
