고로커피로스터스
Tucked in an alley near Seoul National University Station, Gorocoffee Roasters is a roastery cafe the owner built largely by hand on a modest budget. Behind the glass partition, beans are roasted following an aggressive philosophy: "Even unconventional roasting is fine as long as the flavors explode." The ground floor bar sits beneath an ON AIR sign next to LP turntables, while the upstairs lounge feels like a living room, vintage large-format speakers, a Les Paul guitar on the wall, an Eames lounge chair, and an arc lamp. Each single-origin bean comes with a travel-themed QR card designed by the owner, creating a collectible element for regulars. Infused coffees cater to varied palates, and handmade seasonal desserts are baked by the owner's wife. A cafe where coffee, music, and vintage converge into one person's perfectly curated world.
